Overview
Batumi- The Las Vegas of the Black Sea
Batumi is the pearl of Georgia on the Black Sea coast and the largest resort city in the country. It is the best place for a summer beach vacation in Georgia, with a long promenade full of entertainment, an old quarter with bars, restaurants, and souvenir stores, and many beautiful locations in the surrounding area. Batumi is perfect for a fun trip with its warm Georgian charm and tropical climate.
Accommodation
ACCOMODATION:
The accommodation will be in the 3*** and 3*** standard Hotels with three meal a day ( Breakfast , Lunch and dinner)
PRICE:
For 1 night- 37 euro per person
For 5 nights/6 days: 185 euro per person
INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:
- The accommodationin the hotel near the beach
- 3 meals a day (breakfast , lunch and dinner)
- Transportation during the festival performances
- Awarding of participants with diplomas and medals
- Performances in the concert halls and open stages
- For group leaders festival cups and special gifts
- Participation in 2-3 performances
DISCOUNT:
For every 20 persons -1 group leader will be free of charge
On group of 50 people –there will be 3 persons free of charge
PAYMENT METHOD:
The groups must send their deposit (on the organisation committee account number) 20% of the total sum till the 10th of May 2025. Deposit is non-refundable.
The group’s transportation from their country to Batumi will be on their own amount. All the members must have a health insurance. Organizers can provide transportation for additional days.
TRANSPORTATION:
The groups must to arrive in Batumi from their countries on their own charges.
For groups, which will use their own bus during the festival all performances, the Organization committee will provide gasoline (on 100 km- 35l)
INTERNATIONAL JURY STAFF
Jury staff will consist from the honored art-workers from different countries and Georgia. All Jury members will get their Certificates. The maximum number of points are 10 .The Jury member has not right to vote for his /her country groups. The Festival Committee will sum up points .The Organization Committee will send the evaluation criteria for all participant groups according their genre. Participant groups will get I, II, III places, Grand-prix and SPECIAL PRIZES FROM SPONSORS. All participants will get diplomas and medals of the festival, group leaders- special presents and cups. Jury will estimate skill of participants

Itinerary
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Genres of participant groups:
-Choreographic Groups( folk, modern, modern folk, ballet, hip-hop, disco, ballroom dances and etc.)
- Choirs (children , adult, folklore and classic choirs, mixed choirs)
-Vocal ( folk and modern bands , solo, duet, trio…. Ensembles)
-Instrumental Groups ( folklore instrumental , modern bands groups)
- Fashion theatres and model agencies
- Theatres and artistic reading groups
There is no age and number limit
The age of participants may range from:
CHILDREN GROUPS :6 – 10 y., 11-13y.,14-16 y.
YOUTH GROUPS :17-25 years old and
ADULTS : FROM 25 years old
VETERAN GROUPS
ADMISSION:
- The groups will arrive in the Batumi in the afternoon on the of 18th July and departure on the 23rd of July after breakfast.
- All participants must to have the travel health insurance before they come to our country.
- All group-leaders must bring banner of the country they represent and 2-3 souvenirs for protocol visits with official persons and organizers.
CONTEST REQUIREMENTS:
There is no contest fee.
ALL CHOREOGRAPHIC GROUPS and FASHION THEATRES PREPARE max 8 min program for opening and closing ceremonies , max 10 min program for the contest ( if group needs brake it for costume changing , it must inform about this Festival Organization Committee 1 month before) . Recorded music is allowed (group needs high quality USB flashes one reserve records ) . If group has live music, it must send technical rider (how much microphones does it need and what kind of instruments it use , position of musicians on the stage) .
VOCAL AND INSTRUMENTAL GROUPS PREPARE max 7 min program for the festival opening and closing days and max 8 min program for the contest Records for vocalists will allowed (-) or (-1).
THEATERS AND ARTISTIC READING GROUPS PREPARE max 8 min program for all performances
THE TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
The flashes of phonogram are represent only USB. We do not accept records with MP-3 format and compact flashes. The records must be high-quality and professional. Group must have reserve copy of record . For groups with live music: group leaders must to send technical rider of the instruments , number of microphones and map of places on the stage . For dance groups it is possible both live music and high quality records. For choirs and vocalists (-) or (-1) records or live music .

21:00 - Meeting with the group leaders, discussing the festival program.
19 July
09:00- Breakfast in the hotel.
11:00-Parade in Batumi Boulevard.
14:00- Rehearsal .First day performance.. City tour, visiting historical
places , sightseeing and boating tour .

Things to do
BIKE OR WALK ALONG BATUMI BOULEVARD
Batumi Boulevard is the city’s pride and joy. Laid out in 1884 and stretching for 7 kilometres along the seafront, it’s one of the oldest parts of Batumi and one of the largest parks of its kind in Europe
BATUMI BOTANICAL GARDEN
One of the largest botanical gardens in the region, this is a must-visit in Batumi. Inside the garden, you’ll find walking and hiking trails plus a series of panoramic viewpoints
BATUMI OLD TOWN
Most of the buildings in the Old Town date to the end of the 19th century, but some look a lot older. As you walk, keep an eye out for the information panels that reveal black-and-white photographs of what some of the buildings and streets looked like at the turn of the century
BATUMI’S WILD MODERN ARCHITECTURE
The ostentatious buildings along Batumi’s waterfront are a complete juxtaposition to the classical facades in the Old Town. The strange silhouette of Batumi’s skyline is one of the reasons it’s been nicknamed ‘the Las Vegas of the Caucasus’
